My Story
I experienced various traumas during childhood which led to addictive behaviors and bad choices. In 2013, God completely delivered me and since then I have been walking out my own health journey. Now I have a passion to help other women stuck in the same destructive patterns and cycles find freedom.
The lifestyle I've chosen has led me to start Dare to Live Free. I know what it is like to be stuck and feel imprisoned by your thoughts and behaviors. Dare to Live Free is a call to action that dares others to accept the challenge to put in the hard work and find freedom for themselves.
