I didn’t know what to expect when I had my first session with Rachel. What I did know was that I needed to make a change for my 2023 to be what I envisioned it to be! I knew I was required to step out of my comfort zone in order to move past my procrastination and trauma in order to be positioned to be the best me for this year! During my first session with Rachel she was professional, kind and very engaging with scriptures and ideas and equipped me with strategies to help me on my journey!!! I instantly connected with her tasks to help me utilize the Word and develop spiritual stamina in cultivating my relationship with God! I’m rediscovering the power of being a child of God and once again living in the identity of who Christ calls me!! I’m so grateful for my sessions with Rachel! I feel more prepared to do the work in reaching my goals for this year!
Rachel’s book is so down to earth and relatable even for people who haven’t lived as an addict.
As far as biblical guidance goes, she is so genuine and contemplative! People of all walks of life could feel comfortable working with her.

Rachel is an amazing coach who utilizes a wide variety of methods and techniques to really address your current therapeutic needs! It always feels like talking to a super smart friend! I have been truly blessed by this counseling. Rather than just looking at my behaviors and finding quick fixes, in our sessions we dive deep into the root causes, the lies I have been agreeing with, and how it is affecting things physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I can feel God’s love and patience through her as she guides the process thoroughly, not rushing through any traumas or issues of mine, but taking as much time as I need to heal from things. I am amazed just in the last few months of meeting with Rachel, at my personal growth and healing, and it would not be possible without her.
I have been running from my past trauma for so many years but with Rachel’s help, have been able to not only face it, but heal from it! I am SO GRATEFUL I found her!!!
Working with Rachel has allowed me to find freedom!!! She is truly led by the spirit! We have worked through trauma & identified things that have held me back throughout the coarse of my life. God is really using her in such a big way to help women grow closer to God and find freedom in Jesus Christ!!

The amount of healing I have began to receive & live since starting counseling less than 2 months ago is unreal. God's hand is all over this woman and what she is doing. Bringing traumas & unmet things I have long since hidden and forgotten about not only to the surface but being able to walk me through them. So I can heal from them, learn the lies they have caused me to believe and uproot the foothold they have taken on my life. I am already reaping the benefits from working with her and it is so soon, I can not wait what is the come. I firmly believe God is walking us through this journey together ❤️
In my opinion, this is by far one of the best counseling sessions I have received. I have had a lot of therapy over the years but would rate her as one of the best. If you’re looking for good Godly counsel, I would recommend you try her. I believe she is the one of the best!
I would recommend Rachel, for therapy to everyone that is in need. She is hands down the best therapist I have ever had, and I have had many. She invites God into everything we do together, which I absolutely love.
She has helped me work through things that I had no idea I still needed to process.
I am also in recovery from drugs and alcohol. With Rachel’s help I have been able to start to really love myself again. She has given me valuable tools in helping me grow in my relationship with Christ, and given me tools to help me get through hard days. I am becoming the woman God created to be!! She gets a 10 out of 10!!
